An early update for Sunday..

Rather than rush in the morning I have decided to send the blog at the end of a busy dog shift. Danny has computer problems so we will have to wait until the morning for any selections from him. I have two short priced runners from Folkestone. Lady Deauville looks a good thing in the 2.00 having run well in a Group race last time out. The second choice is Dona Alba in the 3.00 race. John Dunlop's youngster showed plenty of promise on her debut in a better race and looks sure to improve.
A very late selection from Danny; Typical of a teenager stays in bed until one o'clock. Never mind he has come up with one choice Hart Of Gold in the 3.00 Folkestone. This one should appreciate the drop in class and has very little to beat.
