Man flu strikes....

Hard to concentrate cos I feel grotty. (that's my excuse for poor selections). However there appear to be couple of good things today. Charlie Tokyo in the 1.50 at Catterick is head and shoulders above these on the flat and just needs to be able to jump. The second one is Overstrand in the 2.30 at Hereford. A top handicap hurdler, he showed plenty of promise over fences last time and should improve.
