Start of a new week....

Hopefully we can turn things around. Emperors Well is on a fair mark in the 6.15 at Carlisle. The drop back to a mile should suit and it looks a very weak race. Acquiesced will be short in the 6.30, but with none of the newcomers having fancy entries, or costing a lot, she should easily land this affair.

  • I thought the jockey on Emperors Well (2nd 11/4) looked slightly weak in the driving finsih in comparison to the winner, who prevailed by a neck in the end.

    Acquiesced jogged up by a nose at 11/4 odds on.
