Shame about the rain...

But we still have a cracking card at Ascot and Danny's first choice is Penzance in the 1.10. He looked on the way back to his best last time out and there could be plenty more to come. Dan also likes Labelthou in the 2.55 race. This one jumped badly last time out over fences but was still in with a chance when falling. If his confidence isn't dented he should go well back over hurdles. Orchard Supreme is my choice in the 3.35 at Lingfield. Richard Hannon's charge has come up against some well treated horses on his last few runs and hasn't been disgraced. This looks an easier race and he should go close.

  • Probably sound as if im talking through my pocket here....But in my opinion Hayley gave Bonus far too much to do and was looking for room that was never going to open.

    Never mind...Silver Hotspur tonight.

Nice winner Danny and good luck Noel with Orchard.

  • 100/30 winner and a 9/1 second.

I had nothing yesterday afternoon, nowt - grim. If the 20/1 shot had got up in the last, it would have been a different story.
