A busy bank holliday...
Favourite Girl in the Redcar opener is our first selection. The Easterby filly was very green on debut but got the hang of things late on and should improve. Our second choice goes in the 2.40, Bahama Baileys. Mark Johnston's charge is the highest rated and ran a solid race last time out.

hi noel, hope you are well and winners are flowing.
chepstows first race interests me today.
i confess at first glance looks a good thing especially on the softer ground, but after a more in depth look i have come up with this one.
blue spartan, meeham's runner was fancied for his last run at windsor but didn't run to form as it was right behind mooted on its first run at newbury but 5 lengths behind at windsor.
i think blue spartan didn't act on the firmer ground at windsor as it was hanging all over the place and hope todays softer ground will see him in a better light.
on newbury form blue spartan finished a length in front of east drive , who next time beat strategic mover a neck at goodwood and being as strategic mover is rated 100 that doesn't look bad at all.
am on at 9/2 e/w and hoping that i am right , fingers crossed.

Well done Basil!! Hope you are well. The winners aren't exactly flowing for us at the moment but as you know that is how this game goes. Last update for a few days will be Tuesday. So have a good week and I will be back for saturday.
