It was a beautiful day At Ripon, but not for betting!

Danny made a new pal in Paul Hanagan, but he couldn't get the selection home in the maiden. Our main two bets also went down and so we are badly in need of a winner or two on Sunday to get the profit margin up again. Our first selection runs in the 3.50 at Brighton, Veiled Applause. This one ran a blinder on his return when chasing home a decent type and he can go one better this afternoon. Upright Ima is one we like at Wetherby, Pam Sly's mare has been running consistently well and faces her easiest task to date.

  • Seconditus has set in, currently affecting the front foot.

Hopefully that best foot will recover and step forward sooner rather than later.

  • Upright Ima...listening to the online radio commentary sound like it was going to win but just got picked off by Only Words. But I was on Upright Ima so I made a profit.
