That's better..
Let's see if we can carry it on today. Nothing catches the eye in the afternoon but there are two interesting runners at Thirsk. The first is Elk Trail in the 7.50. Tom Tate's charge didn't have the pace for seven furlongs last time out but his run at Redcar has worked out really well and today's mile could be ideal. Classic Encounter is the second choioce in the 8.50. David Simcock's gelding has some excellent form in the past and has dropped back to a decent mark.
